• Polyester is the most versatile, most cost effective and most widely used filter medium for dust collection. It is strong, abrasion resistant, can work up to 150°C and has good resistance to common acids, solvents and oxidizing agents

• Polyester's only real weakness is a tendency to hydrolyze at elevated temperature which means that moisture can break down the fibers and cause them to revert to their basic constituents. This results in powdering of the fibers

The Polypropylene Non Woven Filter Cloth has the lowest temperature resistance up to 80^oC, with its reasonable price and excellent hydrolysis resistant, anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti- abrasion, etc. It's mainly applied to the low temperature and high humid conditions.Its Width up to 80” and from 200 gsm to 750 gsm with various qualities available.

We provide Acrylic Non Woven Filter Cloth with following specifications:

• Temperature resistance of Acrylic Non Woven Filter Cloth up to 130^oC

• We supply this cloth in co polymer and homo polymer also

• Adopt imported fiber which has the best property of anti-acid, anti-alkali

• Hydrolysis resistant of medium temperature filters media

We provide Meta Aramid (Nomex) Non Woven Filter Cloth with following characteristics:

• High temperature (204-240 deg. C) anti-acid, anti-alkali
• High filtration blow speed, low pressure drop, anti-break, and anti-abrasion
• Easily be hydrolyzed in the condition of high temperature, which mostly applied in pitch mix gas
• Blast furnace gas in steel factory, gas, tail gas of white char, kiln applications, electric cooker high temperature gas, etc

PPS (Ryton) Non Woven Filter Cloth with temperature range of 190^oC-210^oC which is the best filter medium for anti-acid, anti-alkali, hydrolysis resistant, but it is not good at anti-oxidant and applied in waste incinerator, electric station boiler, industry boiler and so on.

The product Glass Fiber Non Woven Needle Felt have following specifications:

• Have high temperature resistance 240^oC- 260^oC
• Low price compared with other high temperature fibers, and stable size
• Low shrinkage rate, high intensity, but it is crisp, which is applied in chemistry

We provide P84 (Polyamide) Non Woven Needle Felt with following characteristics:

• High temperature resistance 260- 300^oC
• Good chemistry resistance, good air permeability, high filtration efficiency, but the price is high
• It is mostly applied in cement kiln, waste incinerator etc

PTFE Coated Non Woven Needle Felt adopt PTFE fiber, formed by three- dimensional needled. PTFE fiber is a linear macromolecular structure, which has strong stability. They have fratures like wear resistance, chemical stability, temperature resistance is particularly prominent, and it is widely used in steel, power, waste incineration flue gas filtration and other harsh environment.

Most industrial dust will blasts when it meets the static discharge if its content comes to a certain extent. This brings on the explosion and fire. For example, the dust in flour, chemical and coal industries are of this kind. So in the deducting application of this case, the dust should be collected with special dust bags which are anti-static.
